1. Mục đích Sử dụng

Hệ thống này là nền tảng quản lý học tập (LMS) nội bộ, phi thương mại, được vận hành nhằm mục đích hỗ trợ ôn tập và kiểm tra kiến thức về Ứng dụng Công nghệ Thông tin (UDCNTT) theo chuẩn quy định hiện hành.

2. Thu thập và Xử lý Dữ liệu Cá nhân

Dữ liệu lưu trữ: Hệ thống chỉ lưu trữ thông tin duy nhất là Họ và tên của học viên do Quản trị viên khởi tạo để ghi nhận kết quả làm bài.
Thời gian lưu trữ: Toàn bộ tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan của học viên sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn khỏi hệ thống sau 03 tháng (ngay sau khi kết thúc đợt học).
Người dùng tự do (Guest): Trải nghiệm làm bài không cần đăng nhập hoàn toàn không thu thập hay lưu trữ bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào.

3. Bản quyền & Sở hữu Trí tuệ

Toàn bộ hệ thống câu hỏi trắc nghiệm được biên soạn dựa trên Khung chuẩn kiến thức kỹ năng UDCNTT phổ thông.
Giao diện, logo và các tài sản đồ họa (icons, thumbnails, favicon) thuộc quyền sở hữu của Quản trị viên hệ thống.

1. Purpose of Use

This system is an internal, non-commercial Learning Management System (LMS) designed solely to support study and self-assessment for Information Technology Application skills.

2. Personal Data Collection & Retention

Collected Data: We only store the Full Name of enrolled students, provided manually by the Administrator for the sole purpose of tracking test results.
Data Retention: All student accounts and associated personal data are permanently deleted from the system after 3 months (upon course completion).
Guest Users: The guest practice mode does not require login and does not collect or store any personal data.

3. Intellectual Property

All practice questions are compiled based on standard IT knowledge frameworks.
The application interface, logo, and graphic assets (icons, thumbnails, favicon) are the intellectual property of the system Administrator.
